VALUE-ADDED SERVICES

PROCESS

The inside diameter of our hollows is forged into the parts, not bored from the bars.

First, an ingot cut is pressed to make a preform, then a hole is punched on the center.

Second, using a mandrel, the material is expanded until its desired dimensions are reached.

Additionally, we manufacture hollow tubes using the back-extrusion process that forces the preform to flow into a die in the opposite direction of the tool.
